We went in search for the best place to watch the fourth of July fireworks in the Eugene area.  What we discovered was a beautiful vista of the Willamette Valley, and that fireworks from afar are not so awe-inspiring. Still so, so worth it. We also came across and shared a view with this beautiful hand made wooden camper. You can find this particular spot up McGowan creek rd, outside of Mohawk OR.
